As Hermione walked up the steps to Malfoy Manor her first thought was of her husband. She missed him dearly during work hours, and although he insisted she stay home, she knew she couldn’t.
She felt the need to work, she wasn’t a socialite who’s main job is to birth the next heir and plan useless parties. She was a girl who was raised that if you want something you need to earn it.
She had a wonderful lunch with Ginny, Luna, Harry and Ron. During the lunch she announced that she was indeed expecting the next Malfoy Heir. Shaking her head and trying to calm her nerves she entered the quiet Manor. She asked Tippy her personal elf where Draco might be.
